Otis Bass far exceeded my expections when selecting a realtor to sell my home. He possesses EXCEPTIONAL MARKETING KNOWLEDGE & provided OUTSTANDING COMMUNICATION throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my needs. This man genuinely cares about his clients. I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with his negotioation skills....he is a 'problem' solver. To sum it up, Otis is PROFESSIONAL & RELIABLE. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to ANYONE, including Family & Friends who want a realtor they can trust. Unknown to us we picked a lousy loan lender and the loony sellers picked a deficient title company. Many a time I wanted to quit and run away, but Otis always came back with 'no we'll fix it'. Well, he got it done and the house is ours. He's smart and savvy and should have had the whole commission given how little the sellers did.
