Employee was rude and had an attitude, as if inconvenienced by having to do his job. He was also arguing with his manager. Very unprofessional. Eventually I was assisted by another employee.

Had a misunderstanding with a part warranty and after contacting the corporate office Zach, who didn't know of discrepancy, took care of situation. Although I explained I would no longer need a call from the District Manager, he called as a follow-up to make sure the situation was taken care of. When customer service is like this I give them their props. Thank you, Zach and Mike.

Great basic car services. We had battery issues with our spare car. O'Reilly was able to analyze battery and determine that the last person who worked on the car put in an old battery. They also were able to check the car starter and alternator. The old battery was replaced with a new, good quality battery at a reasonable price.

A+ service from Eli and I believe the other gentleman's name was Jeff. Super helpful with getting the parts I needed shipped and helping me with tips to finish the repair. The staff here are always phenomenal with helping me out and I will continue to be a customer so long as they provide great service like this.They also beat competitor's prices on basically everything. I have an older car and parts are hard to find. Oreilly's always gets it to me cheaper than any of the places next door

I woke up this morning with a dead battery. I had to get it jumped 4 times throughout the day in order to get back to this side of town. I called O’Reillys just to make sure that they had my battery for my specific make and model. And they did. I got there 20 minutes later and Chris was very nice and installed the battery for me. Everything was very professionally done. I could not have asked for a better experience!!

This is a 5 star review for O'Reilly's as much as it is a 1 star review for the other auto parts store down the road. The guy at the counters name was Chris and he immediately helped me find the relay I needed. It ended up not solving the problem with my vehicle but I'm not even mad, O'Reilly's did their part but unfortunately that part did not do it for my trail blazer. Great service, idk if I'm even gonna try an return the relay.
