Mustang Mike from here is awesome! My fiancé and I came for a new battery since her car is foreign they couldn’t it but he gave us a great recommendation. And on top of that our car died in their parking lot and he gave us a jump when he didn’t have to. 10/10 service will 100% be back for all my car needs

As a Veteran, I shop at this O'Reilly's specifically because of Mike's customer service and professionalism. I notify my family members and friends to shop here due to Mike! I have been going back for more than 4 years for my auto services because I know Mike takes care of his customers. I have not had any issues with obtaining my military discount and Mike has always been approachable and respectful.

Michael, manager of the location was extremely rude, was out of uniform and insulted my fathers status as a veteran of the US Armed Forces implied that Air Force veterans and servicemen were weaker and inferior to Marines. Refused to honor military discount and was extremely hostile and discourteous over military terminology which should not matter. Will never return to this location. Encourage all veterans and others to do the same. Disgraceful.
When asked for name, refused to give last name. Unprofessional and downright disgusting behaviour.

Hello good
Look, I went to change the bacteria on a 2020 Yoyota Camry and they didn't put it in because a special technician would be needed and they sent me to a place to put it in.
And they charged me $60 cash and when I finished I asked for the rescheduling service.
The car and the menu told me I didn't need it. It was just to change it.
