.I met the owner of this company on Facebook marketplace. He was patient throughout the quote process. I checked around and NO ONE large or small could even come close to his price. Like many people I thought the deal was too good to be true and nearly walked away. But his customer service and responsiveness to all of my questions, phone calls , texts and emails blew me away. He even offered a payment plan to help my small business pay for the sign he was going to make and install within 30 days. As sure as their word he showed up even earlier than the target date, a beautiful channel letter sign ready to go and installed it for me despite my building being a complicated place to navigate. The service was the most affordable, and the customer service was stellar. The first day that the sign was installed I had two customers come take a tour of my business because they saw it. I give this review with great happiness and appreciation of the service and product that this sign company has provided. I would not shop anywhere else.
