WOW, WOW, WOW! I was in town visiting a friend and the USF campus and decided to stop in to try on some Gaynor Mindens and Capezios. Their customer service was exceptional and, even though I had to try on their entire collection (not even a joke), they were so gracious and helped me learn so much about my fit! Best experience I’ve had getting fitted for pointe shoes!

Love this little shop! Every time I go in, everyone is so kind and helpful. I got fitted for my first pair of ballet slippers here. Their prices are incredibly reasonable, enough so to compete with online retailers, and the service can't be beat.

Used this company for years and even drive 40 mins to get there. They never have a long wait to get measured and fitted for dance shoes. I have tried other stores and they don’t compare to the customer service at on your toes.

Such friendly and helpful staff. The owner was willing to “hold” the dance shoes I had fitted for my daughter because they were a Christmas present and I wanted to purchase without her there. Highly recommend!

My mom began taking to this amazing little dance store way back in the mid 80’s when I was just 10. Many years later I returned with my 2 yr old toddler as she began her dance journey. Fast forward many years later, again, I return with my 3 yr old granddaughter as she begins her dance journey. Ms.Syd and April always give exceptional customer service and go above and beyond to make sure every dancer has the right fit for their dance shoes and attire. I hope this little dance store stays open for dance generations to come. They are the absolute BEST in Tampa/Hillsborough County.

They almost always have what I need and it’s always such a pleasant experience. They take the time to get to know all their customers as well. We have visited On Your Toes many times over the years & we have always been greeted with such kindness and patience. They took their time helping us find just the right pair of dance shoes for each of our dancers (there are 5 dancers in my family) and we’ve never felt rushed.
