We live in PA and my partner got a great job in Tampa so we recently took a trip to look at apartments. After touring more than 15 complexes in the area and Harbour Island we narrowed it down to 2 and this was hands down one of them! Our assistant Maritza was awesome! She was professional, knowledgeable, and obviously loves what she does! I don’t speak as a resident and we made an extremely difficult decision to go with another apartment (due to things that have nothing to do with this place being great or not) & I can see why people love where they live. The amenities were great. The common spaces are large, beautiful, and luxurious. The pool and outside area were impeccable and very clean and kept well. The units had great views, nice large kitchens, spacious walk-in closets and bedrooms with carpets (which both of these were lacking in many places we saw). Overall excellent first impressions here. Bittersweet decision we made but this will definitely be on our radar should we move after our first year lease at the other apartment. Thank you Maritza for your time & care with us! Highly recommend to tour this place!

I love, love, love living at Olympus Harbour Island! I always feel at home and truly never want to leave! And I have not! I am one of the original residents that has lived here since the building newly opened over 7+ years ago. The leasing and management staff, Hannah, Abigail, Maritza and Michael are the most customer focused staff that you will interact with, ensuring that every resident and future residents are receiving the best customer experience ever! Also let's not forget our property stays "spotless" thanks to our magnificent maintenance team that is highly skilled, responsive and engaging, ready to assist at all times. If you want to truly live like a "King" or "Queen" then Olympus Harbour Island is the place to make all your dreams come true!

I’ve lived here a few years and have loved it! The staff is great and just met the new manager Michael who is very kind and I can tell will do great things here. This is a great location with stunning amenities, excited for many more years here!

We are out of towners looking to move to the Tampa area. We were so excited about touring this property we went straight from the airport. Let me tell you, the views are STUNNING! Oh I could go on and on about the amenities just fantastic, even the hallways are stunning, and it is a dog friendly community.
Michael went above and beyond answering all our questions and concerns he was so friendly and down to earth it was so nice to work with someone that enjoys what they are doing.

I’ve lived in a number of luxury high rises throughout the country. Hannah is far and away the best I have ever worked with. I hope the company sees her full value as she is the epicenter of the building, that imperative element of positive consistency that keeps people happy and things on track. While the new management is a welcome change, I would have promoted Hannah. Her track record here is both proven and exemplary.

As someone who regularly services the Olympus apartment complex, I am consistently impressed by the high standards maintained here. The staff, especially Hannah, are exceptionally friendly and professional. The cleanliness of the complex is always top-notch, and its accessibility makes my work seamless. Highly recommended!

Moved here in July ‘23 and have been very pleased with the place. Clean building, quiet neighborhood but near everything. Pool is great, nice gym.

I absolutely love living here. I moved from out of state 2 years ago by myself, I searched long and hard but could not get this property out of my mind, so I moved here and two years later I still have ZERO regrets. The staff, the maintenance, and the residents are extremely friendly. And of course the VIEWS - stunning. The smell of hallways are beautiful, the amenities are very upscale. They host resident events monthly. I couldn’t ask for a better experience living in Florida, and a big thanks goes to my apartment building and surrounding area for that.

Beautiful upscale building in a great location—quick stroll to Water Street, Riverwalk, Bayshore. Fun pool. Clean, responsive maintenance and front office staff. Just signed up for year two. Would recommend.

Antonio is great! Just fixed the water dispenser on refrigerator that he thought was going to need a part ordered initially. He is professional, always friendly and Olympus is lucky to have him! Office staff Hannah and Mike are great!!!
