Terrible customer service.They don`t answer the phone and if they do after a long wait, you make a payment and sometimes they don`t send the payment to the insurance company and your policy can be cancelled.

Excellent insurance carrier! One of the best, believe me. We have our homeowners insurance and couldn't be happier. We recently added a new roof, new a/c unit and security systems to our home and got a nice check for doing so.
