“Cartridge World is by far the absolute best printer company that I have dealt with and this is mostly contributed to their excellent customer service. Although their printers and printing supplies that I purchase from them are great it is them going above and beyond for me that makes all the difference and will continue to keep me as a lifelong customer. We all know how frustrating it can be if your printer or fax isn't working and all I have to do is call or text Harry and he or someone else comes to my office ASAP and gets me back on track so that I can meet my deadlines. If you are not already doing business with this company you should definitely start.”

I got a 3 pack usb for $15, a zippered binder for $8, stickies in different sizes for $12 and two reams of copy paper $14.00. A few other stuff. It came in at about $65.00. Not bad. Workers were okay. Store wasn't busy, I think there was another customer but I don't remember.”

Eric told me to call back if the monitors didn’t work. I’ve had the monitors for a couple of months and they rock. I saved hundreds by buying them used here. Highly recommend stopping by if you see a deal posted!”
“Excellent customer service!! Went there to do a TSA pre-check and the TSA webpage system did not save any of the information. Silvio, the customer service rep, had to reenter all the information. They wear all very attentive and give us a 10% of coupon to use in store. I ended up buying printer ink, because with the coupon it was $8 cheaper than Amazon. The guy at checkout also told me I can get Cash back if I bring the empty cartridge for recycling. Also the store brand office supplies are at a great price.”
