Their employees are unprofessional in the way they communicate. Every question asked was answered with a short and snarky response. I get this is kinda a “chill” place but they were very unwelcoming.

This review it more so for the complete vibe of the store and my interactions with both employees and customers.Unsurprisingly, you can't be my skin color and you gotta look like you don't shower to run into an EDH night at Oblivion it seems. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable and when asking a judge question I got looked at with the face of " You're that dude that says he knows how to play lol ".When I traded some stuff in for store credit I got treated like " You're not going to get much for this.. " which was obvious, I just wanted to get a drink and wasn't necessarily going to waste dude's time with anything else. The community sucks, people chanting on making " homebrews " or trying to ridicule you by " making " a deck in front of you, I played a common theme in a deck and got ruled out as a " Netdecker " all night by my one opponent due to my deck and the cards I have when I have friends and I've searched up some cards here and there to make what I have and have had it for quite sometime now, I didn't show up to just be a jerk, but I also realized that I could've made a deck right then and there and still been ruled out as someone who " Doesn't know MTG " when I've been playing for 10yrs now. I came from a long day of work and didn't even expect to show to the shop today and I myself knows I played awful last night.I would've truthfully expected a better community and at the least less rude people. But I couldnt expect more from a group of people who chant who's " the best at the table " and " who can homebrew ". But run a commander uncorrelated to the colors of their deck and start testing you like you're stupid so you treat them like a completely new player and let them play their illegal deck.Sucks that's the smiles and faces I get there feel fake. Crappy card shop experience.

They have EVERYTHING! It's the only card and game store near me that legitimately has any and every kind of TCG, Weis Swartz, Vanguard, Yu-Gi-Oh..Etc.

Shop qaa big and clean lots or table space and while I didn't buy any of the product I did enjoy the atmosphere. There seems to be lots of bad reviews based pricing. Some of which already valid and some that are not.I think it's better for a shop to update the pricing of singletons rather than price each one individually while I also think that the market or product is totally based in supply and demand. You want to buy it somewhere for cheaper you should do so, but you often can't which is why the product is going up. Simple supply and demand isn't a rational for a bad experience.Hopefully more magic players have found this shop. Good luck guys keep up the work.

My kids love the cards at this store. Full of adults who love card games, just not your grandma’s games.

Just sold a big collection of One Piece and Pokemon cards to these guys. Out of all the estimates I got, they were the fairest. Even got a few one piece figures from them(1st 3 pics is what I bought). They have an insane collection, varying from MTG, Pokemon, Dragon Ball, One Piece and so much more! Go check em out!Definitely coming here to cop One piece figure/statue from now on to add to the collection. They have the best employees, Jason is amazing and knows his stuff!!

This place must be run by jerks. I've more than once asked questions on their Facebook posts and they just ignore them. Must be good to have so much business that you can just ignore new customers. I live right down the street from their Pasco location and was looking for a new store to play at. Guess I'll just make the drive to shortstops in Palm Harbor instead.

The store associate was relatively nice and knowledgeable, and they had great stock. The store was also relatively popular when I stopped by, had a lot of people playing card games at their tables. But some things about them rub me the wrong way. The prices are super hiked up, I know they try to say why it's not but saying "you won't get good cards if you buy online" is not a reason, nor is "chasing away scalpers" a valid reason. Pricing up goods to chase away scalpers just makes you the scalper. I've been to other LGS with the hard to find boosters I was looking for that had much more reasonable prices. Also, when I asked about buying singles, the guy would sit there on his phone and price every single card based on what they were going for on TCGPlayer, but with a small markup. Felt really skeevy. Why am I going to you if I can just pay these same prices on TCGPlayer then? Never been to a shop that did that. I get that most shops price around the same as what online is going for, but it feels sooo much worse when the shop keeper is just sitting there ready to price check every card I ask about on his phone. The thing that bothers me the most about them though is how they will respond salty to all negative reviews. It's a really bad look and super rubs me the wrong way. It's pretty poor customer service, seeing criticisms and just being passive aggressive instead of considering why you've gotten that criticism repeatedly. I bought some stuff when I was there, but I don't think I'll be going back. The shop certainly seemed popular, so it might just be that their practices aren't for me.
