I am not okay after the seminar this past week. The talk on cognitive diversity was incredibly ableist and no one offered an apology over the traumatic experience. I'm so tired the way society treats neurodivergent people. I've had ableist experiences with my son at some of the nonprofit organizations participating as well.

I took a nonprofit leadership class. I found it very informative. I enjoyed the class so much that I now have signed up for Nonprofit Financial class. If you work or serve in a nonprofit organization, do yourself a favor and try nonprofit leadership center.
