The gentleman at the cash register has been very patient ? and allowed me to comfortably take my time and make a decision on my purchase. He was instrumental in encouraging me to take advantage of the 10% birthday discount in addition to the store's 25% rebate on a pair of Nike Air Max DN running ?♂️ shoes ?.

Went in there to look for some basketball shoes not only did they not have any options they have a very small inventory. We also were not greeted upon entering or exiting, the person i was with even tried on some shoes and we were still not spoken to

Very small selection of shoes, this place is built like a footlocker but with a much smaller selection of shoes. They have some of Nikes best shoes with a full size run. The only other thing that’s disappointing is that they don’t accept no receipt returns like all other nike stores do!

Definitely one of the worst stores to shop. Customer service is non-existent and Jonathan who is supposedly a manager is even more unhelpful than the staff working there.

Staff was extremely friendly. We got to miss out on the horrible rain and enjoy trying on a few new pieces in the summer collection. The mirror in the sitting room is gorgeous and worth a photo op even if you don’t make a purchase.

I was leaving for a cruise on Saturday, flew into Tampa on Friday and on Friday night I realized I forgot my sneakers. So I ordered a pair of sneakers from this Nike to pickup before I left for the cruise. The order went through and online and in the stores phone line they said they were open today. Meanwhile, I was stuck in an hour of traffic to get to the store and when I arrived the sign on the door said that it was closed during Gaspirilla today. I am extremely frustrated about this. I am barely making it in time for boarding for the cruise but it would’ve been worth it to have sneakers. Now I am sneakerless for my cruise and extremely frustrated. This store needs to communicate when it will be open or closed. And now I have to go through the process of cancelling my order and being refunded.

It says 9pm closing online 8pm closing on the door and 7pm closing when you call. I rushed here to grab a pick up order and they closed because i followed what was online.

To the dark skin latina associate, working on Friday 17, 2023. You don't need to be so loud or aggressive when speaking to female customers when they ask you a simple question. Just because you are to busy flirting with the men in the store.. Rude & ghetto.
