After 2 hours of use and 30 days of ownership the $1250 36v volt battery died, will not accept a charge from the onboard charger, will not accept charge from stand alone lithium charger. Company has disconnected their main telephone number and will not respond to emails.

Excellent product and good company to deal with for golf carts batteries.

Customer service does not match the price of the batteries. Since purchasing four new golf cart batteries at a price of $945 each, I can't get Roy to return my call. I think this is a back office or garage operation. No one will answer the phone, and no one will call me back. His office manager (I think) will retun email for him and apologize for Roy, but she can't answer my questions, and he never calls or emails with the answers to my questions.I give it 2 stars because, so far, the batteries have performed well. I just hope they hold up and I don't need any help from these guys in the future.
