This place is a real class-act. I stopped there a couple days ago and the sales clerk was really pleasant and helpful and well spoken and professional, even though he helped me try on a couple pairs and I didn't buy anything on that stop. Then a couple days later I called ahead to make sure they had a certain pair of shoes and a different sales clerk was just as professional helping me over the phone and when I got there in person to buy them. He even offered to stay a few minutes past close because he knew I was driving in last-minute from over an hour out-of-town, though thankfully I got there just before close. Compare this to the rant of a one-star review I left recently for the New Balance store in the Tampa Westshore Mall where I bought a pair the other day. Talk about extremes....it's like a "Tale of Two Cities" (a "Tale of Two New Balance Stores?"). I don't normally leave reviews for anything because nobody reads them and they have no effect, but these two stores were so extreme I made exceptions.

Walked in the store to try on some shoes since I wanted to transition into running as a hobby. I was greeted right away by Nate. Explained to him I was indecisive between the 1080’s and 880’s, so I wanted try them on before buying online. I mentioned I wanted to try on both women and men just to make sure I got the right fit. I went on to tell him my sizes in both and he went to the back right away to grab the sizes. He was kind and attentive the whole time and even suggested another shoe that aids in people who are flat footed as well. He was patient while I tried on all the available options. In the end, I went with the 880’s. He made the experience smooth and easy which will aid in me making the correct purchase online. Nate was a rockstar!! Definitely check out this location in Dale Mabry :D

My son wanted to get a pair of new balance shoes. He wanted the 990 NB, but they were about $199.99, and we got the 574s, which were more reasonably priced. The shop was small and unique. I've never been to a new balance store before. The staff was helpful and took.vare of us to be in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Worst New Balance location I’ve ever visited. Every shoe I requested to try on did not have my size and the employees seemed less than helpful on finding something that could work.

Very great customer service. The two guys that were there were very nice and knowledgeable and just all around awesome. Definitely coming back. Telling people to check this place out if they want shoes.

I wear New Balance 1540v3, which I can only buy online or at the New Balance store, meaning the outlet store doesn't have them. I am at the point where I just walk in and ask for the shoes by size and color, pay and walk out. :) I love going here because it makes my feet happy. PS If you want cheap shoes, this is probably not the best choice. Go to Wal Mart!

Very knowledgeable and friendly workers. store is very organized, well lit, and inviting. Lots of models to choose from and a decent selection of socks, clothes, and accessories. wish they had more of their USA made items!

Josh is amazing!! I tried to use my giftcard to pay for my shoes and it kept on getting declined. He ended up calling American Express for me to talk to their customer service and helped me for 30 minutes to find a way to get the card to work. It eventually did and I left with some sweet shoes. Best customer service ever!!!
