Michelle is absolutely wonderful to work with! She pulled a miracle for us and after we rented online we realized it was in Florida not Louisiana. Bummer cause we would have felt really good about this location for our storage needs.

We have had a wonderful experience with All Steel Storage. The manager is nothing short of great to work with and easy to get ahold of if we ever needed anything. Would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a place to store.

I just wanted to say that the wonderful manager that you all have at this location, Michelle, is absolutely amazing! The woman works rain, or shine and is ALWAYS just a phone call away if there has ever been anything that I have needed! She is very helpful and even today helping me get another unit when she is extremely sick with pneumonia! She goes all out every day! THANK YOU SO MUCH MICHELLE!! ???

I have to say that Michelle have been great in all aspect of been a manager she's very friendly and a peoples person, I like the sense of security she provides the facility and always is trying to help in any way she can answer questions or any kind of help.

Sadly I have to put 1star. Why isn't there a zero star option? Rented a space here, at the beginning all good, place was sold to another person. GREED is all I can say this place has become. 'New Owners' coming with ridiculous amounts of new rules and new fees. Done with this place! DO NOT RECOMMEND.
