I've been a customer for years because my mom has been a customer even longer. Mandy Kelly is my agent and she's awesome. Very responsive and knowledgeable. I got a letter from the mortgage company yesterday about proof of insurance. I sent it to her late last night. She's already responded and handling it. I would never try to buy insurance on my own after having such a good agent.
