National Seating made a very lame response and of course blamed the parts supplier for the problem. The parts supplier told me the problem is not on their end and that the parts are readily available. This marks the third or fourth time I've had similar issues with this company.
After 8 weeks of waiting for repairs to my wheelchair, these excuse makers came up with yet a new one! A few weeks ago they said they were waiting for some of the parts. Then about 10 days ago they said the parts they received wouldn't fit. Now today after waiting several days for return calls they said they don't know where the parts are that the manufacturer of the chairs back supposedly sent...so now they are reordering. I'll never do business with them again. I've had not ut trouble with them for 3 or 4 years. They just don't know what it's like to be without good reliable mobility products. They are major excuse makers and should not be in this business!

If you want to wait for weeks and weeks to get a basic wheelchair repair that requires parts, this is the company you should select as your vendor, albeit the technicians I have dealt with seem to be very knowledgeable and understanding of wheelchair users Its a shame the company the response time needed when us rallies have an urgent mobility issue!

When i was in need of a power lift wheelchair, National Seating was recomended to me. Laura Frey came to.my home and did a detailed evaluation. She completed the necessary paper work and had Kristen at the office correspond with my doctor. Kristen was very successful in getting the proper paperwork from my doctor. Then the paper work was sent to medicare in a timely matter. Because of their efficiency my wheelchair was ordered and was delivered to my home by Kris. Kris adjusted my wheelchair to.my needs. He was very knowledgeable and explained the operation of my wheelchair. He made sure that my wife and i understood how to operate the chair.
It was a pleasure working with the staff at National Seating Tampa office. I would recomend them to everyone. If i could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

This review is being written in reference to the exceptional service that I have received from the Representative that I am working with at National Seating & Mobility, Maria Angelos. Before I go into the review i would like to say that I have worked with many different wheelchair companies during my 30+ years of being in a wheelchair and thus far National Seating & Mobility has exceeded my expectations by far. From the beginning they have gotten right on the ball and have diligently been working extremely fast to get my new chair ordered. Now on to the review for my wonderful rep. Maria Angelos. Once I made initial contact with National, I received a phone call right away from Maria to schedule an assessment and she also brought out a demo chair for me to have a look a look at. After 30 years of different wheelchairs, I took one look at the demo she brought out(Quantum R Trak) and decided right then and there this was the chair for me. Maria explained all of the options available on the chair to me and was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me with my decisions on the proper set up of my chair I just can’t say enough about Maria and the way she displayed professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and understanding, and assisting me in obtaining this new chair. Well done Maria and well-deserved. I would also like to thank
everyone that is involved at National Seating & Mobility (Natalie& Greg) and everyone else that is working behind-the-scenes to make this happen!!!

I didn't think a wheelchair company could be as unprofessional as the Tampa office of Numotion. I jumped "out of the frying pan and i to the fire!" Both companies failed to deliver my new chair and threatened to take back their broken loaners WITHOUT A REPLACEMENT!Trying to get my new electric chair has been a nightmare on wheels! The Tampa office of National Seating Mobility has not delivered my new chair in seven months and counting! And I was in my own apt May-July. And I can return. The company claims they can't give me a new chair or let me hold onto the loaner while in the hospital or rehab facility. While that may or may not be true, there are no ropes tying their hands to, at least, ORDER it!I will concede, that there were some months when I had pnumonia and landed in the hospital. But communications with the Tampa office of National Seating Mobility has been " hell on wheels. "The manager called me in the hospital wanting to know if the LOANER chair (that I had to call BBB and corporate to get them to provide!) was right by my bed in the hospital. She said, "people have stolen our loaner chairs." To me, she is rude, unprofessional, and belligerent; I'm not one of those people! That's like saying because one black person stole something, all black people steal!Still, every time she calls with- another excuse why I don't have my new chair- she says the same thing, "are you saying you're keeping our property?" She said that Monday, November 27, 2023.The day before Thanksgiving, she sent the repair man to fix an arm that fell off their "like-new" loaner and instructed him to take the chair and leave me in bed (for who knows how long !) without a chair! (I'm in rehab. .long term for a torn rotator cuff.) Still...not a reason to withold my NEW chair OR take the loaner! That's just low behavior. She claimed, "the facility will get you a new chair! It might be manual, not electric!" And how am I supposed to use a manual chair when I can't even lift a glass without flinching? I can assure you, reader, neither they (nor the facility that I reported to ACHA for other "inhumane treatment) care! They had months and months BEFORE the hospital and rehab to to get my chair to me at my apartment!! They could have it ordered and on stand by for delivery. I was told by another worker with excuses that it's my fault they haven't ordered the chair yet!The corporate office said, "they are not obligated to provide loaner chairs!" PERHAPS NOT! BUT IT IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO! Any medical equipment store with any integrity, will provide loaner chairs to its clients....unless, they do not intend to deliver the new chair! Then, and it seems like this is the case here, they will take their loaner and leave you CHAIR-LESS!!!What will papa corporate do with this wayward child in Tampa? The answer is currently, "blowing in the wind"...along with the hot air from the Tampa office of National Seating Mobility..

I had the pleasure of working with Alex Headen, a technician at National Seating and Mobility in Tampa, FL, and I can't praise his service enough. With a lifetime of relying on a wheelchair, I've encountered many technicians, but Alex truly stands out. His exceptional knowledge, patience, and friendly demeanor made the experience truly outstanding. Finding such a wonderful employee in the wheelchair industry can be challenging, but Alex is a rare gem. I wholeheartedly recommend him, and whenever I need a technician in the future, I'll definitely request Alex's assistance. An absolute pleasure to work with! ??

My husband can't walk. He has been left with a non working electric chair. The process for repair has been rediculous. He started process for a new charger 4 weeks ago. Still nothing. How do you leave a handicapped person
