Naca is one of the best mortgage programs there is. Every step of the process is extremely backed by helpful people, and has a very organized portal describing every step that is needed for your home buying journey. My counselor Qwion has been extremely helpful in my home buying process every step of the way! Great program!

Most of the times, NACA is the only option for middle income families, but now with these market environment of high interest rates, inflated housing prices, elevated property taxes and raising home insurance, NACA is more important than ever. NACA's policy of zero down payment and preferred mortgage rates gives the average families an opportunity to be property owners.

NACA is an incredible program that helps people reach the goal of home ownership who might not otherwise be able to do so. They have a focus on community-building and activism, which I love, and work hard to help people establish a home.
Be aware that the process might be lengthy - for most people, this isn't something you get into if you want to buy in a month or two. But the savings that I'll see is worth every extra week/month that it takes, and will pay off hugely in the long run.

As a Certified Financial Education Instructor, I met people with moderate income and resources facing barriers to affordable mortgages. Without reservation I recommend NACA. NACA’s unique approach to the mortgage process is a distinct benefit to members of this population.
Prospective buyers generally face two major obstacles to purchasing a home: insufficient credit score, and lack of down payment/closing cost funds. NACA addresses these obstacles through their Home Purchase program that requires no down payment, no closing cost and deemphasizes the importance of a high credit score. Additionally, counseling assistance helps the prospective buyer navigate their program. And, if those benefits were not enough, their interest rates are second to none!

My experience with the NACA program for about more than 20 years, go beyond and above! You can achieve your American dream without going broke, specially if you have a big family and you are a single mom, yes, you can do this!
You have to be dilligent, you have to embrace patience, and most importantly
Stick to your plan. In the long run and at the end of the road, you have advocated for yourself and your children, when you get the new keys of your new home, that is priceless.?
