Ordered a Spectrum Charger and battery, both of them arrived in used condition. I called to complain and was told that they open them to make sure they work. The battery would not hold a charge and the charger had a small artifact on the screen. When I called to return the battery I was told to go through Horizon as it would be faster. I will never purchase anythin from them again

terrible experience. I saw a losi 8ight truggy for a certain price on their website and thought, decent deal. So I drove a good distance away to buy it and had everything on the counter to purchase, but then the price changed. Different from their online price by $50. super disappointing and they wouldn't honor it. I will never purchase from these dishonest people. Buyers beware!!

The staff at my tobbies has been extremely helpful to me the last few weeks. I am in the middle of a good 'ol fashion grudge match with a buddy of mine. Now, I'm not the most patient, nor am I the most proficient guy, as I only got into the hobby because of said buddy. When I was explained to the guys why I was there, and what I needed to do(speedy gonzalez) the boys got to work. Beau has been amazing, both with his knowledge and rc skill. I started with one car, and quickly jumped in with both feet, as I tend to do when I'm enjoying myself. To the staff, thanks boys. I feel valued and heard, and these guys had no problem understanding my need for speed. Love the store as well. 1 sleeper car speed build quickly turned into a present gone monstrously right in my slo to lightning dr10, then we went after my buddies super slash by transforming my own. The boys haven't worked on or sen the sleeper yet, but provided the parts and recommendations for me to crush my rival. I'm one happy camper.

I did not buy anything. I am unsellable. But a time may come when I want a toy. This is the place to buy that toy. It is without a doubt the best store in the mall.

They do not honor there own sticker prices. Went in there and found a gundam model, Blue destiny exam system mk2 gundam unit 3 and it was 21.99 on the sticker and when I took it up to ring it out it was 29.99. When I asked the guy if he would honor the sticker price he said he couldn't because where they get them from went up in price.
