I took my iPhone 14 to My CellPhone Doctors to get the screen replaced. The new screen is noticeably thicker and heavier than the original, and it's constantly glitching and freezing. I've had to restart my phone countless times a day because of it. Avoid this place at all costs! They clearly don't know what they're doing.

So I had someone bring in my iphone 14 pro because the screen was green and told them that's all I wanted fixed I don't care about cracks or nothing else they came up with an excuse to say they need to repair the whole phone and it was going to cost 500$ and the only thing wrong with the phone was the led screen, cracks on the screen and back these people are known for overcharging back then I brought and iphone 11 in for the screen to be fixed and it ended up being 160$ before I had it repaired I dropped it 100s of times and then eventually it broke after I had it repaired by them I dropped it once and the screen was completely torn apart I am convinced they use very cheap aftermarket parts they love to deny it but even your apple device says it's not an apple part. Hope apple doesn't find out about that one guys since they require you to use genuine parts

Beware these ppl are swindlers.
They will ask to take your money up front for the service for a sub-optimum service that is now obsolete. Apple and Samsung have developed preventive measures in the screen plates these people will try to replace.
Absolutely not worth utilizing their business they replace your damaged screen with second-hand third-party trash.
If they remove and replace with their third-party components, you will lose key functions on your device such as the facial recognition features.
Be educated, your device will not be compatible with their parts and WILL NOT function correctly after their install. (In your settings under display the device will say “Unknown parts”)
Please don’t waste your time or money. If you let these people touch your device, it will void any trade in/upgrade compensation you may seek from your service provider.
Avoid this location completely, they are going out of business and raising their prices to compensate.
If you can, seek the replacement option with your service provider FIRST.

My phone went for a quick swim so brought it in to see what could be done. (My screen was flickering and would turn off when it would go into screen saving mode). They said they wanted $40 to look at it. I was ok with that. Then, I got a message from them my phone was done a few hours later. No message or contact asking if I want it worked on or repaired or even telling me what was wrong. I had to leave work early to get to them on time, (they close at 4 on workdays?!?!!?!) so they did wait for me to get there at 4:15. They said they did a thermal clean, replaced the screen and changed a battery while and the phone was working fine. So, as soon as I left I noticed that nothing they said was fixed was fixed. The screen was still flickering and the phone still turns off. They charged me $160 for nothing, with out asking for my approval and didn't fix it. I found my same phone available for $215 online. This place is a joke and a scam.
