David was awesome! He gave me a hard hat, literally, and we had fun walking around the showroom. He was super kind and patient was showing me samples. They gave me free samples to leave with as well. I highly recommend them.

This was our first visit to MSI. There is a great variety of products. Michelle was helpful in guiding us through the showroom. We will be excited to make our master bath choices.

This was my first visit to MSI international What a lovely showroom for floor and wall tiles as well as countertops. What a refreshing change from some of the stores and stone/quartz shops I have been looking in. Great selection, pleasant staff, clean and bright, and a great display of full slaps and also smaller stone pieces. This will be my go to place in the future!

MSI requests that clients drop by - they do not set appointments. Flexible, sounds great! We dropped by with all of our tile samples (50+ pounds of stuff) to select our counters. They had less than 10 slabs of marble/quartzite for us to see. No cart to lug around our tile samples either. We were told they do not mark the slabs with levels so it's really hard to know how something will price out. Really nice showroom, but they're not at all setup to help clients building a custom home.We went down the street to UMI Stone where they had hundreds of slabs for us to review and even more inventory available. All slabs were marked with levels, available to be viewed online, and they have carts for your tile samples to bring along through the warehouse. The difference was staggering.

Best place for countertops, flooring and pavers. Everything is new, clean and state of the art. One of the cleanest quartz/granite yards I have ever seen in my life. Everything maintained in tip top condition. Amazing and beautiful products. They stand behind everything they do and touch. Can't say enough good..

Christine was extremely helpful in guiding me with various choices of marble for the bathroom floor and shower. Additionally she suggested coordinating shower floor and ceiling tiles.

Had a great experience with Michelle at MSI, she was quick to schedule an appointment for us to view a few slabs that our contractor suggested and was very accommodating. Nice showroom and selection as well.

Nice showroom. Lot's of good stone and tile. But, they do not install anything. You will have to find someone else to fabricate and install your countertops.
