Upsold me on a faulty vape and blamed it on me for charging it overnight when the faults started within 12 hours of purchase, before I even charged it. If the coil is already scorched, lowering the heat isn’t going to help. Horrible advice. Both people I spoke to were rude and unhelpful. Won’t be going back.

Exceptional customer service, product pricing is beyond affordable, and the staff is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve never seen the line take too long either—even when they’re packed. These guys know what they’re doing! Definitely worth checking out!

Prices are competitive with all other smoke shops across the board, however I'm giving them five stars specifically because I was short a couple dollars and the owner didn't make me pay taxes, and on top of it said if I came in and saw him again he would always honor that price ($20 for a $22 vape). I don't plan on getting a deal, it's just the principle and knowing there's an actual concerned human who owns the shop. Also, he can probably bench press like 300 lbs so you will also feel safe if he is there haha
