Upsold me on a faulty vape and blamed it on me for charging it overnight when the faults started within 12 hours of purchase, before I even charged it. If the coil is already scorched, lowering the heat isn’t going to help. Horrible advice. Both people I spoke to were rude and unhelpful. Won’t be going back.
