The car wash machine scratched the rim of my left front tire because there is a metal mechanism that pulls your left tires through the car wash. Very unfortunate circumstance of a wash.

Marcus helped me drive right in Monday morning at 10:17!! I felt like a rock star... I'm one of those people that has a hard time pulling in. I love your car wash anyway it's only when I go to. All your guys and girls are cool.

I have been coming here since 2015! The owner is so nice and friendly. It’s always kept clean, vacuums work, and some of the guys will even brush down your whole car prior to entering the wash tunnel. I just wish they were open later during the summer nights ?

Only giving one star to leave a review. Just left from getting my car washed today, and horrible experience and rude customer service. I have been going to this place for years since moving here in 2015 and always loved it here but now no! The guy that was directly the cars into the car was has bad customer service and it extremely rude to customers. As I stated before I been coming to this car wash for YEARS and never experienced what I experienced here today with their customer service.I attempted to call this location several times to voice my concerns but no answer. And as a result from todays service I will no longer go to this location.

They have definitely stepped it up a couple notches the vacuums are 100% better with the suction come by check it out if you haven't

My car didn't get washed. Paid $18 for the premium wash, the timing was off in the machine and everything turned off before my car got to it. We got no soap, we got no hot wax, we got no rinse, no dryers. The attendant at the end said that he called his manager because he noticed that the dryers shut off before our car even got there and then had me pull into a space. I told him that nothing worked and my car didn't get washed at all. He wiped my car down with dirty wet rags and said that there was anything he could do and I couldn't go through again, I would have to come back when management was there. Even though you just said that you called your manager? Okay then. My car was left very dirty and streaks all over the windows because it only got a little bit of a pre-wash at the beginning with the attendant, and then the wipe down with the wet dirty rags afterwards. He kept telling me there was nothing he could do about it and that the machine had glitches. I called and emailed and have heard nothing back and have not gotten a refund. I now have to go through the hassle of disputing it on my credit card. Fortunately I had everything caught on my dash cam, in the screenshots below you can see how the soap was coming out before my car got there and turned off before my car got there. Would not recommend this car wash.

I have to say that I like the fact that the gentleman in the beginning on the carwash took the broom and pre-cleaned my car before entering the washing. I have been in a few car washes and none of them pre-cleaned my cars before. Just remember to turn off your auto wipers before you get there.

There car wash is pathetic . The guy waiting to clean does worse just use the brush one wipe no use just waste . Their air machine to fill tires fkin ridiculous it display random numbers it doesn't work properly behave stupid. The employee that works at the wash is also useless. The machine does not dispense soap just water . Its basically just water. At least fix the damn air machine used for tires

This carwash has gone down tremendously!!!!! I'm not sure who owns it now but they are doing a poor job!!! The wash barely dispenses any soap, they prewash one side of the vehicle, the brushes barely touched the truck! I could've used my water hose at home and gotten a better outcome ? ? Dirty Dogs on Hillsborough Is The Best buy I was closer
