I've never had an issue with any CVS until this one. I had a prescription put in on Thursday, 8/11. I know CVS sends texts when prescriptions are ready, and I never got a text. 24+ hours went by so I called. I was on hold for 30 minutes, then I hung up and called again. I was put on another hold for 10 minutes before I just decided to go in person. I went to pick it up (keep in mind this is the next day) only for them to tell me it was on hold. She said they didn't have my insurance. I gave her my insurance and the tech told me it would be ready tomorrow (Saturday, 8/13). I went by the next day and once again I was told "it's on hold, we don't have your insurance." I was confused and I told the lady I gave my insurance the day before. She eventually found it in there and she said it would be ready the next day. The lady advised me to call before I came and I told her I tried but they answer and immediately put you on hold, never coming back to the phone. Eventually, my prescription was ready on Monday, 8/15. The staff were very nice, but the communication and efficiency at this CVS is very poor. I recommend Publix instead if your insurance allows it. I work in primary care so I deal with sending prescriptions all day long -- Publix is always the best to work with.

Never have I experienced such terrible customer service. If not put on hold for hours, they will pick up your phone call and put you on wait and never pick it up again. The one time I was able to speak with someone the lady wouldn't let me speak and would cut me in the middle of my answers then hung up on me. Pharmacy needs either more staff or better training because this is terrible

This is the worst pharmacy. I've been going there for over a year and have never had an easy experience. I can't tell you the amount of times that I've received text messages and calls saying that my prescription was ready to be picked up (when it should be ready to be refilled) just to go to the pharmacy for them to tell me that I don't have a refill or I don't even have that prescription. This last time I got a notification that the prescription was ready and I was told when I went to pick it up the next day that they were out of the medication. I came back 3 days letter and they were still out. I waited a week and came back and they told me that I had already collected my prescription and had no refills, which was not true. After THREE WEEKS of the same treatment I decided that I had enough and needed to move my prescriptions to a new pharmacy. The my pharmacy has been trying to get the current prescriptions transferred over from CVS for over a week! They have been faxing the request to the correct fax number at the CVS pharmacy but no one is responding. Finally today I called and talked to a rep a CVS pharmacy for the millionth time and they told me that they DO NOT do prescription transfer requests by FAX. That my new pharmacy must call so they can do it over the phone. I called my new pharmacy and begged them to call right then to do the transfer. My new pharmacy called CVS and was told that THEY ONLY DO PERCRIPTION TRANSFERS BY FAX AHHHHHHHH! I called CVS pharmacy back immediately after being told this by my new pharmacy and talked to the SAME REPRESENTATIVE AT CVS WHO SAID THAT SHE WOULD BE FAXING IT BECASUE IT WAS EASIER THAN DOING IT OVER THE PHONE!!!!! WTH!!!!! During these last 2 calls with CVS pharmacy I come to find out that this whole time they have 2 profiles for me. One was made in error and is empty, the other has all of my scripts and the empty one is the 1st one that pops up. I've had all of this difficulty due to someone's initial incompetency and subsequent laziness of the staff to correct the issue or bother to look for an additional profile. This is the worst, most frustrating consumer experience I've ever had. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. I've been out of my medication for over a month. YOU ALLLLLLLLL SUCK!

Ricardo, the Store Manager responded angry at me, a customer, who asked him, why didn't he follow social distancing when walking by customers by the register multiple times? He was angry that I asked him. While even when I pointed out the social distancing signs on the ground. He said that he couldn't follow it himself as he had no room to get around. I reminded him of the potential physically sick customers in line who buy meds when they're sick. He still seemed not to connect it together.

Slowest worst pharmacy ever! Prescriptions called in and you still wait 11 hours later. If there is a problem or drug interaction in the middle of this, expect to wait longer because they couldn't call you or your doctor in the that time frame! God forbid you have had a surgery (like in my case)

I'm @ this location often as it is not far from my home. Today the service was good. Cashier was nice and pleasant and I was in an out. CVS always has what I need.

Great experience. Pharmacist was professional. He went over and beyond to help us. Quick and informative.
