When I was looking for a Mobile Mini and Jessica was so helpful she kept us update and was very informative on the pricing. I appreciate all the hard work she has done and think she has really gone above and beyond to make sure it happened.

"At Mobile Mini, customer service is our main priority." I have heard this at least 50 times today while on hold trying to get customer service ... Started around 11am ... it is now 4pm ... you did not "exceed the business needs of your client!" It boggles my mind that a a business would treat a non-profit organization so badly. ‪#‎mobilemini‬ delivering a 10 ft container when a 15 ft container was ordered without a lock to secure it was issue number 1. Number 2: delivering the container without a lock, (regular locks won't work) offering the solution of dropping one off tomorrow. Number 3: The attitude that you did us a favor by dropping one off at all ... That is called business. We paid, you profited. No favor! I asked if the treatment/attitude I received was how you wanted your company perceived on social media platforms. I gave 5 hours of opportunities to make some attempt to demonstrate customer service. Your only solution was to offer to come pick up the storage container, leaving the non-profit clinic with nothing. You might want to consider changing your on hold recording!
