We rely on M365 products and wanted a calling solution within Teams. Microsoft numbers do not allow SMS/MMS capabilities which led me searching for a direct routing option. Mobex answered that call. They are affordable, had us setup/calling quickly, and worked through user training/learning the system with us so that the entire team can be effective. Since implementation call quality has been amazing and support has resolved every issue in a timely and professional manner. As a former service manager for an MSP, I have worked with numerous VoIP providers and cannot recommend Mobex highly enough.

We have had a great experience working with Johnny and Mobex. They were able to help us out with allowing us to receive texts to our landline phone number and to send as well. It's been a HUGE help - allowing us to remain mobile and meet the needs of the ever changing customer-centric world. Mobex is very responsive, helpful and cutting edge. I highly recommend!

I want to start by saying we are so happy and thankful to have Mobex taking care of our company phones. Johnny and Buck always fix any issues immediately, we can always get a hold of them and they're very responsive. There's a portal that is really easy to use for controlling our phones, but they will do any of it for us if needed. Both Buck and Johnny have just popped in the office to see if we needed any assistance with anything, or they call or email to make sure we are up and running and all is good. We are so happy that we switched and that we use Mobex now. And if anyone is having any issues with their VOIP services, you should definitely look into these guys. Not only are they great to work with but the pricing was super competitive compared to the all the rest.
