very, very bad service, the truth is that I do not recommend that you wash your car here, they will charge me 45 dollars for the most expensive scrubbing and the car was delivered to me with food in the hundreds and the trunk without vacuuming and, not to be bad, to the person who drove it The driver's door handle broke, they agreed to fix it in 3 days and they never did it.

Had to cancel my membership! Went in today to have car interior cleaned…I was paying $10 on top of my monthly membership. Today they tell me to clean interior is $15 plus $1 for each mat cleaned, costing $19!! Never had been charged a fee for mats. $5 increase is fair but now charging for each mat is ridiculous!!

I’m upset that I went here for the first time to get it detailed, then when I’m on the highway I realize my charger is missing!!
Whoever detailed my car took my charger and it’s pink. I was charging my phone before I got off. I looked all over my car before leaving this review. Unfortunately someone decided to steal my item and that is unprofessional and incorrect!

I been here for years but Im going to cancel my membership is kust getting worse and worse. I pay extra for vacuum and rugs and the vacuum and wiping is not getting done right see picture below 5 mins after I left that I got home saw this. Not one spot multiple and is been happening

Been using Mr. Car Wash for as long as in Tampa.
Very disappointed that they have stopped the Veterans
discount. I will look elsewhere where they honor our veterans and Law Enforcement.

They recently raised prices for less services! I have been a customer for years and first they stopped the hand wiping of windows and mirrors, necessitating that I have to rewash my windows myself, and now the prices have gone up! I’m looking for a new business to use that appreciates its customers!!

Very frustrating. I used them for a long time but no more, simply because their willingness to be fair with their pricing after several emails back and forth and they still didn’t honor their price quote when I took my car in last week.

This car wash place has the worst entrance setup that I have ever seen. Get ready to maneuver through heavy traffic, + 3 or 4 U turns just to find the entrance. It's not worth the hassle.

I went to get my car washed and attempted to give a tip to the person who put the work into cleaning my car and was told they couldn't get a tip for themselves. It had to be split between all of the people working...I don't think that's right, I won't be going back there. And I noticed a couple of the employees looking at social media on their phones while others were working hard....no thanks. I've been to other car washes that were far better and not quite as costly.
