Went to the location on Gandy Blvd in Tampa today. I usually just wash the outside however today I opted for an interior clean as well. A very kind gentleman, named Howard Williams went the extra step & buffed a scratch out of my car door. I am so pleased with the out come! What a kind gesture! I've been living with that scratch since I lost my job, didn't have the cash to get it fixed. It looks great! THANK YOU VERY MUCH HOWARD!

Mister car wash have EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased the Titanium interior service. What? I paid for and what I received were two different things. I got an overrated car wash period. They did not clean the mats. They did not wipe the consul,nor wipe the dashboard. I asked the young man if the could wipe the mats and he told me it would be an additional charge. I wrote a letter to the John Lai it came back BLOCKED, that should have been the second clue regarding the customer service. I sent a email to the email address they provide to contact them. I got a response stating they will forward my email to the right location. The goal was to reach corporate office for a resolution. Know i know Mister car wash will take your hard earned money without delivering on service. Extremely poor customer experience!!!!!

Well, there you have it. You pay Platinum Price & get Cheap services, @ Mister Car Wash #NotWorthIt I ended up cleaning the wheels @ home. Might as well, do it myself.

Don't use the bathrooms! I arrived at Mister Car Wash on North Dale Mabry right when they opened at 7:30, only to be disappointed by the state of the bathrooms. They were incredibly dirty and unclean, which was quite off-putting. It was disheartening to see such a lack of attention to cleanliness, especially at the start of the day. I hope they improve their maintenance and hygiene standards in the future.

Although the wash didn't fully remove the gunk, I spoke with a worker and they compensated me with a free Platinum wash! Shoutout to Janet! She was very friendly!

Would put zero stars if I could. Terrible waste of money. I could do a better job for $1 at the gas station with their vacuum. I paid $48 for nothing. So disappointed.

Paid $24 without tip for an interior car cleaning - absolute lazy work. My car was detailed 2 weeks previous, I wanted a simple vacuum and left entirely disappointed to another local spot down the road.

I bought the must expansive package they offer, and realized the car was not clean even before left the place. they tried to fixed however I had to do it myself after getting home. I have done a better job without having to pay $40.

$40 and a tip for a car wash. At least clean and wipe off my rims i don't think the machine even washed them. Still had bird poop on spots. trunk hatch still had leaves. Other than that my car was just ok. Still tooo pricy for what you are supposed to get. This car wash was alot better years ago.

Would remove star but cannot write my post. Went at 5:30 PM 5 men standing around doing nothing. Hours listed close at 6 PM. I was told we can only clean the exterior we are short staffed come back tomorrow. How pitiful that you lazy boys cannot do your jobs. Would never recommend anyone use this car wash

I have been coming here for two years, and I’ve always had consistent service, today was the worst vacuum job I have ever received and plenty of attitude from all staff, even though I tip upfront and pay for the top service. So sad that we can’t expect good service anymore.

This is my third time coming to this car wash as I have been trying to give it another shot after bad experiences. On my most recent experience they didn't clean or wipe any of the doors on my truck. They also forgot to put the floor mat back in place secured. I went to get in the truck after they were finished halfway cleaning and didn't noticed the floor mat was over the pedal until I was driving. This could have been extremely dangerous for an elderly person. Please someone in management oversee and manage the employees who are working on these vehicles at this location.

Just had my car washed at the Dale Mabry location... paid $30 plus tip and my windshield is still dirty and there are tons of bugs still stuck to my mirrors and front grille. They also left a spray bottle on the front seat. I went to Mister Car Wash to get better results than the car washes you just drive through but I didn't have a great experience.

I have the unlimited wash membership and the Dale Mabry location is my local mister car wash, but we have been to many other mister car washes around Tampa. The Dale Mabry location hardly ever has a good amount of soap, the smell that seeps into the car smells like dirty water. mister car wash used to dry the outside mirrors and make sure that they are folding out after being folded in from the dryers. But now, an employee will walk right past the car with the mirrors folded in. This is only at this location. All the other mister car washes will fold out the mirror if they see it. Also the dryers do not dry larger suvs.
