3 stars because the first guy that we bought the car wash from was very nice. 2 stars off because we paid for the highest tier car wash and our car was still dirty when we came out of it. Also another star off because the whole car wash layout needs better signage. When we exited we had an express car wash and we didn’t know how to exit without going through the vacuum area. A lady with burgundy hair rudely told us how to exit like we were dumb when there was no signage or markings on the ground telling us this info.

After paying 40 dollars for a fulls service car wash. My car on the inside looked almost exactly the same. I asked the gentleman who told me my car was ready do you guys not vacuum dog hair. He exclaimed that if the hairs are embedded then there is nothing he can do. I proceeded to vacuum my truck out and got almost all the dog hair that was left after they vacuumed. Then I proceeded to wipe my own door panels down as well because they weren’t satisfactory. It’s crazy they try and upsell you on the premium wash but your car looks the same interior wise. It’s pure laziness and no pride in their work. Avoid this establishment if you care about your hard earned money or your car because they don’t.

I left my card at home and I figured they would have Apple Pay. Well Arnold was very patient to get the machine up and running. He made my day!

I literally left the place today in. I noticed STOLE my hand sanitizer . I don't think they put in the trash because they Cleary read is a hand sanitizerand was brand new ! Like I literally to bath and body works before the car wash and left the hand sanitizer inside . Never ever going back !

Very poor service for expensive price. I bought the platinum package cause I have been told include in and out detail service when my truck was done all flor mats are dirty dashboard and cup holders as well.. never come back

My son has been with Mister Carwash since 2023. He transferred from Iowa to FL because of his military contract and the GM at Wesley Chapel, FL was amazing. However, because of limited hours he chose to transfer to this location, after they said they’d be able to offer more hours. Two weeks into transfer here, the Manager terminated his employment without proper notice. BUT get this, they called him 2 days in a row telling him not to come in because they were overstaffed. I was there and heard the entire conversation. Is this even legal!? I am most disappointed in the unprofessionalism of this location and the GM who told my son some total BS. So, Mister Carwash Regional Director or VP, why don’t you give us a call about this matter. I’d love to hear from you all about this because my son literally put his time in with your company and has been a stellar employee for over a year. Yet he transfers to this location and his management team does some shady stuff like this? He is also an active FL National Guard and even so, never had issues in other locations working with his student and active guard schedule. It is beyond ridiculous that you do not train your management teams to understand the value of good employees and if they were just going to be overstaffed and do this, they could have told him to check out other full service locations. You can reach out to me ANYTIME, I have a lot of questions I’d like to ask your GM and Management team at this location. I do not recommend anyone apply for this location, I mean it’s obvious your location does not want any other race working there but Caucasians! EEOC regulations prohibit you, yet you terminate the only outside race working at this location. Sounds fishy to me!

So glad I didn't get a monthly membership. They didn't even wipe down the dashboard and left scuff marks in the vehicle with the spray on products. Won't be visiting here again.

I am unhappy that they have raised the price for the bad job they do mainly in cleaning inside the cars and they charge $15 in addition to the $35 that I already pay, this is the third time I have done it and they leave everything full of dirt and no They give you nothing inside, just the cloth, which is outrageous, and they told me that if I wanted to clean the floor with water, I would have to pay extra. I hope that changes.
