Horrible horrible company!
Got an ETA for a tow at 6:48am saying 90mins.
180mins later I call to see what the delay is...they are busy and give me another ETA of 90mins. Another 180mins later a driver calls and says he'll be here in 25min.
180min after that and supposedly the guy can't find car. No GPS in 2024!?! These dudes are clowns!!!
Call ANYONE else. These people will leave you stranded

This is the worst experience I ever had with a towing company, said they were going to pick up my car and 30 minutes later saying they didn’t have an order for it even with me having the reference number and hung up on me twice. You do not deserve to be in business if that’s how you treat your customers. From what I’ve seen from these reviews that opinion is greatly justified.

Cancelled my service after waiting for over an hour and speaking to the driver. Ignored phone calls made to driver and the office. Not sure how they still get business from all state and the other carriers.

Today, 8/16/2024, we experienced a major problem with our car. We had just gone shopping at Publix, and had a car full of groceries when, our car wouldn’t start. Several people tried to with nothing working, thus we called out roadside assistance for help.
Julio Ty, with Millennium Transport & Towing, came to help us with in less than an hour. He was very professional, careful, quick and gave us and our car a tow to the service center we requested near by. He delivered us and carefully dropped us and the car off. Thank you Julio, you truly were friendly and we appreciate you for you quality help and service.

Least responsive towing company, promise of 90 minutes turns into 6 hours and still no one shows up. This is not the 1st time either or I would not write the review. There is zero communication on any delays and when you call them back its "we'll be there in 40 minutes" which obviously doesn't happen. Don't be fooled by the price, you'll be sitting by the side of the road for a long time.

Called for a tow at 10am they Said 90 minutes I called back at 1pm that said 45 minutes called at 3 pm they said 25 minutes called at 4pm that offered to tow the car Tomorrow
