Here’s the breakdown:
- They raise your insurance without telling you.
- They DONT respond to emails. Emailing them is a dead end.
- Calling them is a waste of time since they can’t ever answer your questions on the spot, and agents are always “Busy”.
- Mike Foley himself told me that insurance rates were raised because rates have gone up in Florida, blaming the state. Great, why don’t you make sure I know next time Mike, that way I decide if it makes sense to work with you prior to paying.
- They are quick to cancel your account for not paying, but don’t respond to emails with questions about the bill.
- They set up my app access under my wife’s name, when my wife doesn’t even own the cars and has never talked to them, therefore I can never see what I owe or when.
Overall, they’re service sucks. They are good at charging, but are terribly organized or just don’t care. Please do yourself a favor and use an agent from another city if you need to, they can still help you, the agent doesn’t need to live in your city. DO NOT, under any circumstances, risk your mental health with this office.

This office got me a lower price then anyone else on my home and auto policies. Their staff is helpful and friendly and they offer great customer service!!!

Repeatedly have clarified payment information and been told that payment was complete and then get email alerts saying otherwise and no phone call.

I tried canceling my Life insurance for well over a month with Mike Foley’s office. I completed the form. Sent it to his office and asked themto let me know if there are any issues. A month later, I get an invoice for my the insurance I had requested be cancelled. I email his office again, where the same person tells me I have to complete the form!!!! I sent her back a copy of the original form I had complete the month prior. She responds that there are fields that need to be completed. I complete the missing fields and resend with a question on reimbursement for the cancelled policy. I received confirmation the form was completed, but no answer to my question. I wait a week and follow up with my question…I am then told to contact the “Life Department”.Root canals are easierthan dealing with this team!

After I move my second car from my policy I found out they keep charged me for the old car she was she was not on a contract anymore when I ask why you keep charging me for my Mini Cooper is not an assistant says policy is like that you keep charging for a car even though on the car anymore

So far, so good! ? I love the easy service they provide. I’ve been using State Farm since I’ve been driving. They made it super easy to switch from KY- FL. The lady on the phone was super sweet and gave me all the discounts & deals!

A lot has changed. I called the office yesterday because I got a letter in the mail that looked like my monthly payments increased. I called the office only to get attitude and an agent (Taj, can't pronounce her name) that said she can't see my policy from her end. If a policy was printed out ad mailed to me, how can you not see it from your side or find someone to help me answer my question? I want to see if I can change my agent and find knowledgeable agents who want to do their job.

Called the agency twice and emailed as well to purchase renter’s insurance. Never heard back. Guess they don’t need any business and don’t mind having a bad rep with local university students.

I’ve made 5 phone calls and one email over the past month about an issue and cannot even get a call back.. It’s like they don’t care about my business. I think they’ve gone downhill ever since Ms. Jackie left..

Unprofessional! When a customer adds a vehicle to an existing policy, you would think an agent wouldnt drop the original vehicle, especially after the customer had just made a payment 7 days prior. Now 4 months later nearly $500 in insurance payments, you get the runaround from this agency. My advise go to another SF agency. Stay away from Mike Foleys office.

I attempted to renew my renters insurance with them, so I gave them a call and asked for a renewal, as I had plenty of times in the past. They were somewhat rude on the call, but I just wanted to get it done as I was on break at work, so I gave them my card info and figured it would be good. Then I see they charged triple what my policy stated on my bill. They had apparently signed me up for a new policy without my permission and never payed my other policy, so my actual policy lapsed. I tried to call numerous times, during business hours, and left multiple voice mails regarding the issue, and not once received a call back. I finally just filed a fraud claim and got most of my money back, but was prorated for the days used, on a policy I again never signed up for. Absolutely disgusting behavior by any business, and I already called statefarm to switch. Avoid as much as possible.
