They say they buy used equipment. They have an e-form on their website that you fill out and send. Then they claim they will write you back with an either yes or no answer. I have sent to items in for consideration and they DO NOT GET BACK IN CONTACT. If you folks at Microstar read this, I give you this for poor customer...
