I want to say that I had the best experience with Vanessa. She was able to get me situated with a new phone and service in less than 15 minutes. She has great customer service skill and I would recommend anybody wanting to switch or activate a service to go to her.

Be very careful with those who serve here who charge you more for services, they wanted to sell me a Samsung for 900 when the price said 599, be very careful and always ask for your receipt to see what they are charging you

Employee did not want to help me at all I came to pay my phone bill and she told me the whole system is down across the world I get home 5 minutes later to some wifi and I was able to pay it just fine online!! Another customer similar to her race she helped with no problem I also wanted to upgrade my iPhone but this is the second metro I’ve been to with horrible customer service In the town n country area I hope it’s not because I’m African American…thinking about changing my service soon after these experiences!
