I've had to come into the store Four times to fix the issues from just buying a new phone. I have tried not to write a review till now because you know the term if you can't say anything nice. The guy sold me the wrong case for the phone. He conned me out of an upgrade and then the new phone was about $90 more than he said. Then I find out today from the other employees he secretly added a second line to my account I'm guessing for commission. My $60 plan somehow jumped to 99. I come back in they lower it down claim it'll be $60 it's 65.90. Fine, whatever I'll pay it. I pay it and now it says next month's bill is $80. Just had them fix it AGAIN but now they said month to month they can't get it under 63. Somehow they lowered my bill for next month to 47 though and gave me a new case that fits so that's the reason I put at least two stars. Never ever ever coming to this Metro ever again.

I have to say the ladies at this Metro are always so nice to two old people I have really been so helpful every time we've had a problem or when we buy our new phones like we did today I really love the Nokia's we got and the service we got from the two sweet young girls was awesome just wanted to say thank you thank you

This is the best Metro around. I went to 3 other Metros in the area, they all tried to scam and rip me off. This one actually advertises the correct prices and actually sells it for the that price....Don't go to a Metro on Fletcher they are scammers.The kid Paul who helped me when I had a problem. That was nuts. Thanks.

Signed me up for additional services without my knowledge. Monthly payment was supposed to be 60 a month, but instead was 80. Be careful with these people, I'm sure they charged/stole even more from me that I still don't know about.

On this evening I had the Pleasure to meet Matthew G (MGR) and Shawn S (ASM). The gratitude that was shown meant a lot. I'm very appreciative of the time that was taken to assist my issue at hand. To even make things smoother we jammed music,shared laughter pretty much just vibed. I Love the Teamwork these two gentlemen share so please keep up the Great work ??.. TURN DOWN FOR WHAT!!!!

Stopped by one hour before closing, I asked the counter person if they had any specials and the two girls and the salesman looked at each other and smirked. Very bad impression from the very begining, then the gentleman proceeded to sell me a phone for over $200 no mention of special deals if you switch to Metro. From the moment I walked in a was very uncomfortable so I left quickly. Will never return to a place of business like this.

The man who was working was incredibly helpful and nice! He totally set up my new phone, transferred everything from my old phone. He was nice thru out the whole process, and even had cool music playing softly in the background. Great experience!

My phone wasn't charging. I wanted to buy a charger. I asked the employee to check my phone. He said it wasn't charging. I got home and used another charger and amazingly it worked. Be careful
