This manager of this store offers you a service and the following month you get a large bill and when you go to complain they take away everything that they sold you the services is disrespectful go somewhere else

The signs on the side displayed in the window didn't apply and never can be used it's just to get you in store and on top of that the were suppose to open at 9 it was almost 10 before he came bad experience

I have had metro for a while now and have had problems with my phone so I had to switch my number over from one phone to another to get it fixed was only $25 to do so after said phone was fixed 2 weeks later I came back to switch my number back the lady there tried to scam me and said that it would be $50 because the phone number would have to be activated with the other phone even though the phone number is activated and there is a clear sign in front of her that says activation or reactivation only $25 plus tax as it always has been I tried telling her this and she said that it’s $50 because the number has to be activated on the phone I told her to just get me the manager to sort it out and she told me she was the manager and the only one in the store for the day I told her I’m not paying $50 for something that I have only ever paid $25 plus tax especially when there is a sign in front of her saying what I have been saying so I left and went to another store where the manager at the other store said that the lady was trying to scam me cause activation is $25 if you have the SIM card and $35 if you need a new SIM card all I’m going to say is take a good hard look at who you hire cause they could be scamming people and costing you to loose money…the day this happened was yesterday April 7th 2024 around 11in the morning

Metro T-Mobile is not the same thing as T-Mobile apparently. Staff here is very friendly and helpful nonetheless

Good thing about metro is they will do extensions when you can't pay that gives you 72hrs to pay sometimes we need Xtra help

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE FOR A NEW PHONE!!! They will tell you a certain price and then print you out an itemized receipt with a bunch of extra items to add up to that price they told you the phone was. Acting like they are giving you discounts and a free accessory. Straight up fraud!!! The guy charged me for 2 charger ports and a speaker box None of it I asked for. The fact that the phone is being advertised as a certain price and you get charged another price is sketchy as hell and I wasn’t even explained all these extra charges. Bad Business!!! Y’all need to take the time out to explain to your customers that the price on the receipt isn’t what they are actually paying if that’s what’s gonna show up. Just makes no sense to me why I would get a receipt saying the phone was $499 but they say it’s $699??
