This is the worst service I have ever encountered!! So unprofessional bunch of kids!!! It gave me a hard time when I was told to come back after a month of getting a new phone! To only have my payment the same for years which is 50.. now this stupid kid says I need to pay 65 dollars crazy..

I needed a new phone & after some research, decided on a Motorola smartphone. Jiwa, the Customer Service Rep, informed me there were various models of the phone I wanted, & clearly explained the differences between the models. Had she not, I would have chosen a model that would have met less of my preferences. She was very knowledgeable - professional, not to mention so sweet. An awesome Metro store & buying experience.

Adam & Lesly were amazing!! They helped me get my kids TracFone's switched to MetroPCS and we're able to keep there phone numbers. Thank you, Adam & Lesly for explaining the process in detail and assisting me to make it a smooth process!! Definitely will be going to this store for any upgrades or purchases!!????

I don’t know how this location gets five stars but it’s absolutely absurd their customer service sucks by far nothing spectacular here wouldn’t spend a dime and by me saying nothing spectacular is that their customer service and employees there are horrific

They have fake reviews and they sell USED REFURBISHED phones like they are new. They do not disclose that their phones are used. Go to a corporate store for your phone . Thes shady authorized dealers are scam artists
