On Friday I went to this office and it was my best decision. Young Jose assisted me, very professional, he helped me get my new cell phone, his service was excellent, I left super happy. Sunny is great too. So if you want good service and get good deals, go to José's ?. Thanks for everything . And his bosses, give him a raise because he deserves it. They are a tremendous salesperson and a good human being. See you soon and thank you ?

After exactly two years of utilizing the same cell phone I had no choice but to buy another one. Every update was slowing my phone down and the cells within the battery were about dead. Metro has always been my go to for phones and I'm a Galaxy guy so I was able to upgrade to 5G and have all my info transferred to my new phone with no problem ? ? ?.Thank you sunny for all your help and enlightenment.....

I'm SO with the seller of this Metro PCS store...??? I wanted to activate another line on my account and the guy was charging me for $100 bucks for activation and service... helloooo I live here in America for 20 years... I've add on and removed lines from my account many times and it cost $39.00....well then my niece showed him her phone and surprisedly a Xiaomi phone is not compatible with MetroPCS network...WHAT? are you serious? So he insisted in selling me a Samsung phone for 100 bucks...well you really like the 100 number, right. So we went to another strore and we got the activation of another line for the right price and no change in my monthly payments...duhhhhh. Oh, and some English boy!!!

DON'T GO TO THIS METRO PCS STORE! ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️I can't give 0 stars to this store...the Arabic guy attending was charging to an old guy before me for a ridiculous amount of money(300 and something) for a new phone (Samsung galaxy) line activation and "services" even though the old man brought his own phone (another Samsung galaxy) but surprisingly this phone was "incompatible with the network" so the old guy had to pay for a new phone???? He's got scammed in the most evil way No, man...I run away from that store!!!

I believe his name was Kevin. Absolutely great customer service and very knowledgeable. I got a moto g stylus he set the phone up and put on the screen protector. He was very nice and helpful. I recommend going to this store
