Therefore you need a new owner and better agents that works there. That place basically is giving false prices and never want to speak English. I'm latin and I don't have to speak Spanish. I communicated basic English sentences and that lady basically gave me false information. Thankfully I will never return there but I will let others know the real shady business there. By the way I got the phone I ask for for $200 cheaper than what that lady originally told me at another metro! Check your workers they robbing people !!!! ALSO THOSE OTHER 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FRIENDS OF THOSE WORKERS. IVE SEEN THEM ALL ALWAYS TALKING TO THEM !! DONT BELIEVE 5 STARS RATINGS AT THIS LOCATION !!! Lady didn't understand what I ask of her. She didn't even spoke English. I ask her for information on phone and she gave me false information. Overprice what I was asking for about phone. You need better English speaking workers there. I went here at 1:30 to pay my bill, the sign says open, it says open on google, the door is locked and the gentleman "shoos" me away and says hes eating and refuses to help me, what a waste of my time. I'll never shop here again and I advise others to go to a different location

Came back two months later to give the location a chance , still unsatisfied employee are not helpful and I had to contact customer service to figure my problem out . Worst location ever
