I've been a Metro PCS customer for 10 - 12 years. I purchased a new phone at this location today because the store closest to my house wasn't open yet. I was dressed for work wearing old cargo pants and a worn sweatshirt, the cashier was extremely rude and condescending. First he said the deal was for new customers only, when I showed him the ad, he starts in with you need good credit blah blah blah this that the other and whatever excuse he could come up with to try and dissuade me, short of pushing me out the door. Try treating all customers equally and not judging someone by how they're dressed.

Too bad you can't give zero stars! The place is a rip off. Charged almost double for a cable that other Metro stores charge. Wouldn't give a refund. Stay away from this place!!! Also they are liars.

This place SUCKS ! The guy that sold me the phone originally made up his own security questions ! WTFork ! I spent $200 for an insurance phone and they can't even activate it ! SEE THIS BIZ IN COURT ! STAY AWAY ! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !

I paid metro pcs in advance. They canceled me on nov 8th. I am an elderly disabled person who passed out on the side walk because they they cancel me when I paid. I got mugged Had to go to the hospital, Now they refuse to give me my money back. I have a recept in my hand I have a deduction from my checking acct. They left an elderlty disabled person with a serious 1 lung problem with any service

This is not reflected to this store in particular, but in the entire company. I was told I could change my phone number online for free. I logged into the website and couldn't find where to do it, so I used their online "chat" feature. The representative asked why I wanted to change my number. I told them that I had a stalker. They said how awful that was, and told me I could change the number online for a fee of $25, and they'd charge my credit card immediately. Same as what it'd cost to change it over the phone with customer service. So they're making me continue to have a stalker because I refuse to pay the $25 fee. With any other carrier you can change your number for free every 24 hours. I blame the merge with T-Mobile. Thanks for nothing, Metro. I will be changing carriers ASAP.
