Lori was amazing, so sweet, kind and generous with her time and customer service! She took her time with us, showed us all of our options and was very thorough in explaining what the facility has to offer. We left feeling so cared for, with fair pricing and smiles on our faces.

The manager Lori was absolutely incredible! She was extremely patient, so kind, and really made sure that we were comfortable with the size unit we picked, and took the time to show us all the different sizes! Thank you for being amazing Lori!

I rented here for years, Lori was great and always friendly. I have no complaints, this location was the best storage unit I've ever had. I had to relocate otherwise I would have stayed. Thanks Metro Storage.
