I have been using this specialty pharmacy for quite some time and have been pleased with the service. The problem or issue I have is that I had an outstanding specialty sales representative that visited our office earlier this year. We had a scheduled lunch and he never showed up and the owners of the pharmacy brushed it off. A few months later, a lovely lady became our new representative for MedicaScripts and she was as professional and outstanding as the the first one. A few months later, she disappeared with no explanation or farewell. Something fishy is up with this pharmacy...beware.

The current, mainstream method for all my pharmacy needs has become quite vexatious as of late. Finding an alternative was certainly in order and thanks to helpful direction from a friend, I decided to give MedicaScripts Special & Compounding Pharmacy a shot.

Highly recommend!!! I was surprised how humane the pharmacist Dr. Bhavik was from whom I received a phone call after he obtained my prescription that my dermatologist had faxed to him for me. He was pleasant, and very informative about my topical cream. Bhavik also advised me of a generic form that would be much more affordable and thus a better option that would provide a similar result. Now that's what I call customer service!! I was so pleased that from now on all my future prescriptions will be sent to MedicaScripts.

Great personal service. Friendly. Pharmacist explained everything in detail, very knowledgeable. Medication arrived quick and on time before a trip. Level of service and care that you just cant get in corporate stores; And even a better price!. I will be recommending to rest of my family. Thank you.

This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had with a pharmacy. Bhavik has always gone above and beyond to take care of my parents' medication and needs on time. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and always contacted the doctors if necessary. I could not have asked for a better pharmacy whose staff is so caring and passionate about their customers. Thank you so much!
