How is this store still open? The employees are the absolute worst. My husband and I entered the store, out of 4 or 5 employees no one greeted us. One male employee was helping a couple, and the other employees just stood around doing absolutely nothing. No one asked if I needed help or anything. Waited for at least 10 minutes and I finally asked about an item. The employee was very rude and cold with her response. I immediately changed my mind about the purchase I was getting ready to make. Get better employees because the ones at this location are horrible. I would never shop here for that reason alone!

This store is terrible. I bought some mcm flip flops for 220 dollars and after 5 days they were already broken. I returned to talk to someone, I didn't want money back, I just wanted my flip flops. I contacted the store employees and they told me to my face that I had lost my money I told them that I wanted to talk to their boss and the boss never wanted to leave apparently because I am Hispanic I was also discriminated against for speaking Spanish very bad experience I admired this clothing brand

Worse shopping experience one can have. Iv shopped here for years with no issues, huge MCM fan until I had the bitter luck of getting helped by Ashley hill. Tried to change a set of slides from a 43 to a 44 after just 4 days of purchase with original receipt and she would not help me out and would not try to even call supervisor for help! Never ever shopping at this location ever again. After spending thousand with them they don’t care a single bit
