I got here before midnight, the workers ignored me just to say they close once midnight hit smh…also drive thru says 24 hours. Maybe change that

I was told if I order cream and sugar at the window I’ll be charged considering the fact my HOT COFFEE IS ALWAYS COLD I think that’s the least they can do

honestly just really bad customer service. I sat at a drive thru lane for 10 minutes and watched three cars get their orders taken before I finally said “hi o just had a mobile order”. the guy gets on and says “what do you want”… I pull up to the first window and he doesn’t even open the window- just waves me to keep driving. Then I get to the second window to get my food, the girl was nice and handed my my Mcflurry but it wasn’t mixed and there was about 8 m&ms on top (honestly just really sad bc I’ve been thinking about a McFlurry all day). Then another guy comes to the window and says “pull forward we’re not done”. There was a car in front of me. I said “where???” He said “uh just pick a spot”. I get it’s McDonald’s but are they they paying yall like $18/hour now???

Came here tonight, 9:30pm to order an apple pie. One of the employees said we could not come in because they were short staffed. The real reason is they didn’t want to clean an already cleaned dining area. I just wanted an apple pie and they closed 30 minutes early?? Went to drive through, and they checked for the pies I Wanted, said they had, and then they didn’t have. Daisha, I think that’s her name, started raising her voice over this even though it was their mistake. Normally a McDonald’s would rectify it, but I could tell they didn’t want to do anything.

I’ve noticed that the drive thru girl Maya here has a very nasty attitude. We sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes and continued to say hello and no one answered. We pulled up to the window and she just looked at us and asked what did we want to order. She wasn’t pleasant and this isn’t the first time there has been attitude from the drive thru workers.I only come here because it’s close to my job. Kamilla or Kameila came out to check on us and made sure we got our food in a timely manner. She was so sweet!

terrible. i ordered six piece extra bbq medium fry large latte and cheese burger no onion extra pickle. i was told to pull up and wait which was fine as i assumed my food would be fresh and correct. wrong. was told latte machine was down, burger was Old dry cold , had many onions on it, received one sauce, nuggets were also not fresh.

The cookie quality is disgusting. The cookies are often melted together into one large blob or given rock hard cookies. Do better.

January 6th, 2024DeliveryTypically have problems with delivery from this location. There’s always an order missing.Curbside Is Irrelevant At This LocationMain focus of my review today.They’ll serve the entire drive-thru line before serving your order. They advise on the app that they’ll be out in 2-5 minutes and you're staring at a sign at the curbside advertising “SKIP THE LINE” the entire time. Yet, I waited over 10 minutes at the parking spot after arriving and checking in while other vehicles hopped into the drive-thru line and got served. Then, once I received my order there were items missing, so I had to pull into the drive-thru anyways. Waiting isn’t the issue, advertising one thing and having me download an app, take additional steps to be skipped over is an issue. I might as well have waited in line and ordered in person.
