I was in a jam and ordered material from MBS and the same material from one of their competitors at the same time. MBS got it to me in two business days with regular shipping. The competitor, not so much. Thank you!!!

You order on their website, and then it all falls apart:
- Get an email three hours later saying the part listed on their website in-stock is not in stock!
- After confirming my order, get another email an hour later, saying they are unable to meet the agreed shipping timeframe as they do not have the stock in the right factory. The new delivery date was after the completion of my project. Costing me extra to bring my contractor back.
A truly disappointing experience as a first time customer. I would not recommend.

Used standard offs for several projects. The black was used in a interior bar sign. They disappeared into the art. Your eyes don't go to them.
Did as intended. Great products.

They screwed up overnight shipping and missed when we need the standoff. When the product was returned they charged me a restocking fee. so we had to pay for overnight shipping and restock fee but never received the standoffs.
