Gabe, the owner, and his team are extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of home theater. I had already done a ton of research but Gabe helped me navigate my options and I settled on a brand new pair of Paradigm Founder 100F. I couldn't be happier with the speakers or the service I received from the Maximum AV Team.If you are in the market for HiFi / Home Theater equipment, definitely check this place out.

Worst experience ever. Do not bother to spend a cent here. The person that we spoke to here had more negative comments about every speaker company that manufactures home sound equipment then I ever heard. Hard to believe that any speaker manufacturer would allow a company like this to represent them. Worst customer service ever. This place is more of a crappy car audio place. If you’re looking for high quality home audio, Stay away from maximum audio. I wouldn’t spend a red cent here.

Staff were friendly and professional. My windows were tinted beautifully. Appointment was on time and the wait was as predicted. I'd recommend them. This is my second vehicle with them.

I just wanted to say that these are the best group of people that I have ever dealt with in the Car Audio business. Literally! My Orions are still blasting great quality bass today. I would recommend this business to any one who wanted there car audio to sound good and to last!!!

If you speak to someone named Gabe.. immediately Demand to speak to anyone else, he has ZERO customer service skills and doesn't give a you know what... Simply there to take $$ and he's just an order taker. Hes full of pride and I hope this business either removes him... Or he goes down with the business. Look elsewhere.. not worth your time.....

I can hardly express the how satisfied I am with Maximum AV; it’s probably the best business that I’ve ever dealt with. These guys are so professional, knowledgeable, and overall great at what they do. I am most pleased with their guy Ferlin and could not be any happier with my experiences dealing with him. He is so professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Ferlin takes care over me every time, always giving me the best advice for my project and never tries to sell me anything I don’t need. He has always done the best for me and has never misled me. He is literally the epitome of perfect costumer service. In fact, he is so good that I think he should be leading customer service training seminars because I wish every sales/ customer service person were like him. Their install guys are amazing too! They really know what they are doing and always do the best job. I highly recommend for anyone with home or auto audio/video needs to bring your business to Maximum AV! Take my word for it. I will never take my business anywhere else.

These guys know their stuff! My car audio project came out better than expected. The first thing that impressed me, was the honesty by not trying to up sell me on product not needed. I really appreciated that. These gentlemen know audio, and I would never purchase from anyone who wasn't on top of their knowledge of what they're selling, no issues here, because these guys are pros.

This is a 4 year in review with a car alarm they had installed for my 2014 ford fiesta. I have a ton of audio equipment in this vehicle for pure competition. Anyways at first glance yes they're professional thus expensive. The manager (Gabe) explained to me the process and what makes them different from the other shops. He had explained to me that they will install a great alarm and will shield the brain of the alarm so that you cant get into and place it into a very difficult location to reach; none of which they did. No metal box was installed and it was very easy to access so a thief can just rip it out to disarm it easily. I was so bummed out because it was very expensive compared to other shops around the area. It is my fault for not checking 100% of their work yes but I was so naive at the time that I trusted them. Honestly for the work they did just go somewhere else. I'm sure they do great work in car audio and home audio but man they screwed me over. Yes its a little cheap fiesta but shouldn't a shop treat cars equal and the customers equal? Made sure my audio friends don't go and if you need an alarm installed check EVERYTHING they said they would do.... Or. just go to a different shop for a better price and great work.
