So basically if you come into this store with a debit card and you want to buy something that's let's say 3.97 .... The owner will try to charge you 2$ more bc the minimum is 5$ there is no US LAW OR AUTHORITY ALLOWING THIS SCAM A STORE SHOULD NEVER TELL A CUSTOMER HOW MUCH TO SPEND ON AN ITEM THATS WORTH LESS THAN $5 CALL THE BBB AND REPORT THE OWNER.
