Our salesman Mike Anderson was very kind and he knew his inventory very well. Mike worked with us almost all day even though it was pouring rain and he never lost his Smile!The man from the main office was vey nice as well finding the right car for the right price.I must say except for the time it was a nice experience.Also I love my Nissan Sentra SR.Thanks to every one, especially Mike Anderson for his hard wet work,Sharon Anderson

Service department is pretty good, buying a car here involved a lot of the typical shady sales tactics, but they truly will bend on price when pressed. Absolutely don't sell your car here even if you bought it from them (as I had). They offered me $4,000 below dealer market value, which is obviously already lower than direct sale price. They did not honor their initial quote to me and refused to counter offer. Very shady and generally disrespectful in purchasing used vehicles even from a long time customer. Will not be returning here.

Had to get my locking lug nuts removed because I lost the removal key. Took an hour and a half, not because it physically takes that long to do the job but because of how inefficient they are. Very frustrating that even when you’re running late and they claim they are not that busy, they still have no sense of urgency to help get you back on the road.

Good service 5.. On that. But getting me financial loan . 3 I feel they could have gave me a better deal. I got a 2017 rouge 60.000 miles. Nice suv.. Dont get me wrong . And they just put my Hitch and lighting . on for free. Thank you. !! But IAm a USArmy 6 yrs disabled vet. And now work at the Tampa VA. Giving back to my fellow vets.. Work in Maintenance . so on the front line everyday. I feel they could of gave me that $1500.00 . that they were going to give me for my old car . I told them it wasnt running. Just broke down on me thats why I needed a new vehicle. Then they didnt want my car. Then we went back and forth.. And I gave in.. I feel they could of still gave me that $1500.00 for being a disabled vet. and working onthe front line at e VA Hospital keeping it running..
