I had a fantastic experience at Mattress Firm, and it’s all thanks to Rick! I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted, just that I had a budget in mind, and he was super friendly and helpful from the start. Rick listened to what I was looking for, showed me a few options, and made the whole process so easy. I never felt any pressure to spend more, and he really knew his stuff, answering all my questions and explaining things in a way that made sense. If you’re looking for a mattress, I can’t recommend Rick enough—he’ll make sure you leave happy!
