This agency started out as very helpful but slowly changed. I was dealing with Mike, after specifically asking for certain changes to my policy they were not handled in a timely or professional manner. I wish they were more mindful of their customers and not just the bottom line. I have cancelled my policy for all 3 vehicles as of today!

I have been a client of Marianela's office for several years. She's wonderful to work with. She cares that her clients have what they need and let's you know if you are over insuring or if you need to be cost conscious, she helps you make the right choices for you. Her office is staffed with people who really care about their clients experiences and exceeding expectations. I can call or email with questions and if they don't have the answers right away they always get back to me within 24 hrs. Would highly recommend to friends and family.!

This office is FILLED with competent, kind, thoughtful agents. We moved from out of state and these agents have been on the phone and in person with me for hours working and reworking our car insurance, patiently answering many questions along the way. We were rear-ended six days after buying a new car, and Mike, Marianela and the team were very communicative and helpful throughout the claim process, as was the State Farm on-call number. The app is also super easy to use and contains all sorts of information, including what to do in case of an accident. I even checked the rates with other companies and State Farm is still the most affordable option for my family. 100% recommend this agent and State Farm for car insurance!

This is the most honest and helpful agency that I have ever done business with. Marianela is a fantastic leader and her staff Dayami, Sofia, Mike and Amie are so wonderful. In this day and age of high insurance rates they do everything that they can to help you save and still have the best coverage available.

⭐️ I had questions with my policy. Aime and Marianela supported me. Aime especially gave me options and I will pay less without sacrificing my coverage.
She listens to you and doesn't interrupt your worries. He treats you with kindness and respect. Always look for a way to support you so that you as a client are satisfied with a fair and reasonable agreement.

Let me start saying that I give Mike 5 stars! He was knowledgeable and very helpful. He recap the changes make sure to provide billing information and accommodated my needs. The reason that I give only one star is because the owner, I called a few days ago to update the coverages in one of my vehicles, she was rude, showed lack of knowledge, no recap of changes , when I asked about the billing info stated she wouldn’t know because she doesn’t work in billing.

Horrible. Called with a question and Marianela was rude. Never followed up with me when one of her employees left and left me not knowing the status of work in progress with said employee. Absolute garbage rep.
