Today I went to the jewelry store and I had a very beautiful experience with the jewelry in Marcelos. My staff who assisted me was Barbara, the best of all that there, both as a professional and empathetic, and she attended to all my needs and found a satisfactory resolution for the problem I presented. I recommend them to everyone. Marcelito, if possible, give the real girl a raise, she deserves it. I see a lot of potential in her, just like the other girl I played the song for (I don't know her name) she's just a little shy with people haha ?

"The custom bridal set turned out absolutely incredible. I was already excited from just the mock-ups I was sent during the design process, but I was stunned at the beauty of the finished product when I received the rings. Service was incredible, and the rings were even sent overnight to me so they could arrive in time (a very nice surprise). I would recommend Marcelo’s Fine Jewelry to anyone!"

DO NOT BUY HERE, EVER4 months ago I bought a 14k white gold and diamond ring, for $1000, it turns out that the diamond fell off that new item of clothing... I'm going to the store to talk to the girl because when I bought the item, they told me there that it had a guarantee for life...and if something happened to her that she would wear it without a problem, it turns out that everything is a lie....the girl first tells me that it is my fault for not taking the garment for maintenance in 4 months and then that she had I had to pay $350...if I wanted it fixed...a 4-MONTH-OLD garment ONLY from a woman...I went to their store across the street where they repair it and the girl there told me that she was going to fix it for me. help that the repair is going to cost $100...it seemed fair to me...3 days later they called me and said they couldn't let me have it at that price because they had to look for the diamond and everyone found out and it was formed the debate and it's good that they decided not to leave it at that price......and on top of that I valued it to sell it and they say it's worth $120...a garment that they themselves sold me for $1000....Never BUY THERE PLEASE....SAVE YOURSELF A BAD TIME.....HORRIBLE......
